With the From Name, the first element of the communication the recipient sees when they access their email. It is probably the most important too as if it doesn't grab attention or isn't credible and trustworthy the email will not get opened.
Most Spam Filters look at the subject line to determine whether the email is likely to be Spam. Words like "Win" and "Free" and "Sex" are to be avoided.
