Campaign Master offers three options to suit all organisations:
At the base level is a simple manual import and export of data. This is perfect for the majority of our clients who send campaigns monthly and so only need to update their records monthly. They also typically do the majority of their analysis within Campaign Master.
The next level is to email an updated file to a secure FTP site on a regular basis and have that file imported automatically by Campaign Master. This is good for organisations who have a lot of updates in their main CRM and don't want to have to do a lot of uploads to Campaign Master.
The last is a fully automated and customised integration where data is exchanged via secure web services. This is ideal for organisations who are at that cutting edge of CRM where up to date data needs to be accessible at all times.
