No matter how hard you try to ensure your list is clean and accurate, emails will bounce. People leave jobs, people change email addresses, whole companies go broke - and as a result, emails bounce.
Campaign Master can automatically manage the entire process for you, or give you the information to manage it yourself.
Managing it automatically is a very simple process. You just set up rules - and if your own rules change you can update the rule whenever you want. For example, you might want to change the recipient's status to "Inactive" (and so stop sending campaigns to them) if they hard bounce more than twice. You would set up a rule like the one below in less than a minute.
You could also automatically update another field such as "Email Check" so that whoever is responsible for maintaining the accuracy of your list can easily find and export all the people who have bounced since a nominated date. You can even set up rules based on specific bounce messages from specific domains!
If you don't want to have the system do it automatically for you, we have exactly the same feature set but without the automatic update bit. This gives you the opportunity to review the list of bounces and then decide on an individual basis what to do.
