About Eureka Report

Eureka Report is a continuous, multimedia, online publication for investors in self-managed super funds, property, retail managed funds, direct shares and fixed interest securities. Its mission is to inform, advise, guide and educate independent investors in a timely, reliable and cost-effective way.

The Challenge

Eureka Report was using Lotus and an internal mail server to deliver all of their publication materials and marketing campaigns. They were experiencing several problems when using their own system, with the server struggling to deliver large quantities of email. Email delivery would take up to six hours, and their website would collapse due to strain on the server. Thirty percent of their emails were not being delivered, and Eureka Report was unable to know which 30% of their database did not receive the email.

Like many companies using internal systems, Eureka Report did not have any reporting to track the success of their campaigns.

How Campaign Master helped

After a long and exhaustive tender process, Eureka Report engaged Campaign Master to manage their email services. Eureka Report chose Campaign Master because it provided greater functionality, capacity and support than any other provider in Australia.

Eureka Report used Campaign Master to launch their June campaign, which is by far their biggest campaign of the year. By utilising Campaign Master they were able to send targeted, multi-part emails with a much higher deliverability rate.

By the end of June, Eureka report received over 3,650 subscriptions. Their original target was 2,000.
